Lawyers from Achour & Partners took part in a workshop for employees of the Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs at the Office’s Prague headquarters. The workshop highlighted current trends in the implementation of development projects from both legal and business perspectives. The event was organised with Knight Frank international consultancy, whose representatives shared their experiences during the workshop.
The workshop focused on four themes in the implementation of development projects: land acquisition, project location and permits and project construction and operation. Along with the legal issues, there was a strong emphasis on business/economic perspectives. Space was also given to legal questions about public procurement with a focus on newly drafted regulations and different ways of tendering and implementing development projects for investors and the final users of buildings.
