The Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN) has released a new publication, the Trend Report 2016. The Trend Report expert guide is the result of collaboration between ARTN members and other real estate market professionals. This annual professional report highlights the state of Czech real estate with a focus on current trends and perspectives in this key economic market. The Trend Report reflects not just the work of ARTN’s working group but contributions from the association’s entire membership. The high level of professionalism and objectivity and exceptional information value of the report speak to this unique composition of the authorial team.
The first Trend Report was published in June 2002. Since then, the guide has often been cited in the professional literature and the general press and has become a critical publication in the field. Limited editions are available in a Czech-English version. The study is divided into 11 vital chapters reflecting the structure of the real estate market.
